When we first learn about emotions, most of us learn three feelings: I feel happy, sad or angry. The truth is, emotions are a little more complex. Sometimes you might feel multiple things at once, or there’s an emotion behind the emotion.
Pride Month is a beautiful time for celebration, self-exploration and connection. Last year, we introduced the 8 Dimensions of Wellness Initiative and offered way of supporting our wellness efforts. This year, we wanted to highlight how these dimensions are interconnected and we use our voice and presence to help make the world a more inclusive place.
The connection between our mind and body is undeniable, but sometimes, we find ourselves prioritizing one area more than the other.
