Sheridan Student Union’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) is a chance for you to directly impact the direction of the SSU. At this meeting, you will vote on important bylaws and policy changes that can affect your student experience and advocate for the changes you want to see.

Things To Know About SSU’s Annual General Meeting (AGM)
The AGM will be held in-person at the HMC Campus (5th Floor) on February 25, 2024. All Sheridan students have the right to vote at the AGM. Don’t miss the chance to have your concerns and feedback heard.
If you cannot attend the AGM, but would like to have your vote counted, you will need to appoint someone as your “proxy” and complete the proxy form section of the registration form.
Things to Read Before You Attend AGM:
Any member wishing to propose amendments or revisions to SSU Bylaws may submit a request through the process outlined in Section 11.3 of the SSU Bylaws. A Bylaw Proposal Form can be requested from the Chief Returning Officer by email at: ssui.cro@sheridancollege.ca
