Where can men go to discuss what's weighing on their heart, without judgement? What can men do when they feel pressure to “suck it up” but all they really want to do is cry?Nicolle Hodges, would say the best place to go is…a bubble bath and the best thing to do is talk.

TOUGH TALKS focus on men’s mental health, and aim to create a safe space for men to talk about their experiences freely. Join us on November 16 @ 7pm for a special Tough Talks event with a LIVE podcast: Men Who Take Baths podcast host Nicolle Hodges and guest Rudy Ray.

Together, Nicolle and Ray will have an open conversation about men's mental health, and explore how redefining masculinity and breaking down the wall of what it means to “be a man”, can create space for healing and understanding.
