In support of Sheridan’s Thrive week, we’ve partnered with Micah Nelson from Balance First Workshops, to facilitate a Paint Therapy Evening for the Sheridan Community. Learn how to use art as a way to tackle stress, anxiety, and burnout. Find out how to introduce Health and Wellness into your life in a creative way, and discover new ways to explore your emotions, reduce your anxiety, increase your self-esteem through paint therapy.
Please note: Please bring your own canvas, brushes and paint and join us for an evening of healing.
This event supports our 8 Dimensions of Wellness project by helping students manage their emotional and intellectual wellness.
