Happy Holidays Sheridan!
You’ve worked hard this year, and now it’s time to enjoy a well-deserved break. As the fall semester comes to a close, we wanted to wish you all a safe and happy holiday season!
Sheridan Student Union offices and customer service team will be available as followed:
Office Hours: Last day of open office hours is December 18th at 5 pm. In-person office hours will resume on January 2nd at 9 am.
Virtual Hours: From December 19 - December 22, we will be available virtual. Our last day of virtual hours will be December 22 from 9 am - 12 pm. Virtual chat and emails contact will resume on January 2nd.
Food Services: Please note, our food services are closed for the holidays starting December 18, 2023.
However, we still have a number of services available to you over the holidays.

• You have access to our Empower Me service 365 days a year. If you are looking to speak with a qualified counsellor, life coach or consultant, Empower Me is available anytime at 1-833-628-5589.

Our Food First program is temporarily unavailable over the break, but if you are in need of food support please reach out to your local food banks. A list of community food banks can be found here.
The Virtual Food First program will be accessible again as of January 2, 2024. -
Your StudentCare Health and Dental plan Change of Coverage period runs from Wednesday January 3, 2024 to Wednesday January 24, 2024

Questions or concerns about grades
Your official grades will be available on January 3, 2024, along with your academic standing. If you have any immediate questions or concerns about your grades, please contact your faculty member and/or Student Advisement at askanadvisor@sheridancollege.ca.

Important dates to keep in mind for January 2024:
January 2 - Sheridan Student Union offices and operations
January 3 - Fall 2022 official grades and academic standing available online
January 8 - Start of Winter 2023 term
January 9 - Last day to initiate contact with a faculty member regarding a Final Grades for appeal
January 12 - Last day to submit a Final Grade Appeal
January 19 - Last day to add/drop a class
