15 Ways to Work More Water Into Your Diet

1.5 litres of water a day will change your life in some pretty great ways!
The European Food Safety Authority recommends that women should drink about 1.6 litres of fluid and men should drink about 2.0 litres of fluid per day. That's about eight glasses of 200ml each for a woman, and 10 glasses of 200ml each for a man.
However, this would depend on your body type and how much exercise you do on the daily. If it’s a hot day drink more water but most importantly listen to your body about when you are thirsty to avoid becoming dehydrated.
