Whether you’re looking for clubs to join during the school semester, or you’re bored at home in the middle of July, there are plenty of ways to meet other students, explore new hobbies, and master a skill. We asked Clubs Coordinators from each campus to share three clubs all Sheridan students should know about. Women in Animation Sheridan
WIA Sheridan is an all inclusive student led club tied to the non-profit organization Women In Animation. They are a community of Sheridan students passionate about uplifting women voices with the animation industry. WIA Sheridan helps students develop their animation career by providing networking resources, fun social events and mentorship opportunities (even remotely). Despite the name, this club welcomes all students of all programs at Sheridan. Interested in joining WIA Sheridan? Here are a few ways to get connected with the team.

Khaleel’s Top 3 Clubs at HMC
If you’re a student at our HMC campus and you’re looking for clubs to join throughout the year, start by asking yourself these three questions:
1) What do I enjoy doing in my spare time?
2) Do I want to make more connections within my program?
3) Do I have any special talents or skills that I would love to explore further?

2. ENACTUS SHERIDAN
@SheridanEnactus_Official recently hosted a sew for sustainability event on June 17 to help you repair your clothing, make a positive impact and gain some daily sustainable hacks.
3. SHERIDAN OFFICE aDMIN ASSOCIATION
The Sheridan Office Admin Association (SOAA) provides practical experience for Office Administration students and other fun, community experiences through the year. Join their clubs discord here.
4. Face It Club
Face It Club, is co-facilitated by Accessible Learning and Wellness Counselling for student and Alumni with (Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). This club provides a safe space to self advocate, promote independence and develop social and academic skills.

Are you Davis student that loves to meet new people? Maybe you love storytelling or repairing electronics? You might find that some of Sehar’s top three clubs fall in line with some of your favourite hobbies. 5. Sheridan Dungeons and Dragons Club
Sheridan’s Dungeons and Dragons Club provides its members with the opportunities to create their own characters and decide their own endings through fantasy stories. A great way to meet new people and have fun!
6. Women in Trades Sheridan
Women in Trades Sheridan provides an amazing opportunity to connect women of any skilled trade. Join the club and connect with people of similar interests and backgrounds.
7. Electronic Enabling Club
If you’re interested in designing, assembling and repairing electronic gadgets, this is the club for you! Sign up on Clubs Corner and get real life, hands on experience!
sARAH’s CLUB PICKS AT TRC
Sarah’s club picks will help you build connections, win prizes and showcase your talent and skills. If you love board game nights, networking events, and happen to be in two of Sheridan’s coolest design programs, we hope you check out what TRC has to offer.
8. IXDA club
The Sheridan IXDA (Interaction Design Association) connect Interaction Design students across different and previous years through events, mentorship and more!
9. CHESS CLUB
The Chess Club Trafalgar hosts a ton of tournaments for students to participate in on discord. Play a few rounds, and you are automatically entered into a raffle to win cool prizes!
10. GAME DESIGN
