I am a full-time student enrolled in Sheridan College HMC campus and my role as CSR is to ensure that students and staff have a positive experience when interacting with the college and its services.

Q: What are some of your goals for your role this year?

“My goal as a Customer Service Representative is to offer prompt assistance and precise information to both students and staff while working collaboratively towards team objectives.”

What was your first memory of the SSU? How did you discover that the SSU existed for student support?

“I became aware of SSU when I was applying to Sheridan College while still in my home country. At that time, SSU provided me with the necessary guidance and support that I needed, which I appreciated. I was impressed with the level of support that I received from SSU, and this motivated me to become a part of the team and assist other students who may be in a similar situation to mine.”
