“I am a friendly outgoing person who likes to interact with people from all walks of life. I am passionate about ensuring that all my guests have a great experience and enjoy building positive relationships with all my staff. I enjoy dancing and try to participate in Carnival every year. Born and raised in Trinidad I love the Caribbean culture and life style. As the food and beverage manager at SSU HMC I am responsible for the food outlets and catering operations.”
What are some of your goals for your role this year?
“I am looking forward to building a strong team around me that will ensure the smooth operations of food and beverage at HMC. To become more familiar with my SSU family and to continue to develop my skills as a food and beverage manager.”
