Wayne and your Student Life Coordinators will also lead us in meaningful and powerful conversations about Black History Month and Black Lives Matter and ways to contribute to our community positively.
On the menu:
JAMAICAN STEW CHICKEN
Ingredient list:
2-3 pound chicken
Dry ingredients :
1 tablespoon paprika
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon black pepper teaspoon
half teaspoon allspice powder or 8 seeds
1 teaspoon chicken seasoning
1 teaspoon all purpose seasoning
Fresh ingredients:
1 medium onion /cut up in slices
I medium tomato/ cut in pieces
4 Cloves garlic /crushed
8 stems fresh thyme
3 stems green onions
1 inch fresh ginger/crushed
2 half bell peppers Y/R /long slices
1 medium carrot/ cut small round pieces
1 fresh lime / cut in two
Liquid ingredients:
2 tablespoon grace browning
3 tablespoon soya sauce
2 tablespoon apple vinegar
3 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 cup water
Quarter cup white vinegar
Last ingredients:
1 tablespoon corn starch
3 tablespoon brown sugar
3 tablespoon tomatoe ketchup
