Sheridan Student Union and Sheridan College are committed to supporting your wellbeing on and off campus. With that in mind, our student leaders teamed up with Student Affairs to bring you this full-day drop-in style event where you will have a chance to connect and engage with the different dimensions of wellness.

About our Keynote Speaker:
Michelle Johnston | Mindset Makeover
Michelle Johnston is a specialist in the area of Workplace Wellness. In 2003 she founded working well, an organization dedicated to pioneering the Workplace Wellness movement in Canada. Michelle has a background in Cultural Anthropology, Holistic Nutrition, Stress Management and Mindfulness which she draws upon to create engaging, educational experiences. She is practical in her approach and is mindful to share information that is easily actionable.
Michelle has worked with a variety of organizations across the country, including The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, The University of Lethbridge, Air Canada, The Bank of Montreal, UNICEF Canada, eBay, The Peel District School Board and many more. In her spare time, she loves spending time at her cottage in Northern Ontario with her husband and family.
We’ll also be giving away free Wellness Kits to students who attend :)
