Here’s what you need to know about Vaccine Clinics (DAV + HMC):
All Students must bring their OneCard.
This event is happening at two campuses on the following dates:
Davis Campus SSU Atrium:
Monday, November 11 @10 am to 2 pm
Wednesday, November 13 @10 am to 2 pm
HMC Campus SSU Atrium (C-Wing, 1st Floor):
Monday, November 18 @10 am to 2 pm
Wednesday, November 20 @10 am to 2 pm

For the flu shots students are encouraged to bring:
your Health Card (ie. OHIP or Guard.Me card)
For COVID vaccines, please bring:
A piece of ID.
Acceptable pieces of ID include: Ontario photo ID, driver's license, health card, passport, permanent Canadian resident card, employee ID, student ID, etc.
You will need to register your COVID shot on COVaxon.
