More You Should Know About Take a Trip Thursday: Toronto Island (Off-Campus)
This is a part of a series of Take a Trip Thursday events!
This event will take place on Thursday, June 13, 2024, from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm at Toronto Island Park.
Pre-registration is required.
This all-ages event is open to all Sheridan Students, Staff, Faculty, and Guests. All students must show their ticket AND bring their Onecard (physical OR digital) 🪪
Students may bring 2 guests each. Guests must have their own ticket purchased for them.
This event is open to children and families of Sheridan Students. No pets allowed.
Transportation will be provided but LIMITED seats are available. The bus will pick-up and drop-off at the Sheridan S at HMC. 🚌
Pick-up Time: 10:00 am
Return to HMC from the mainland harbour: 6:00 pm
“What can I do at Toronto Island?”
The Toronto Islands are made up of a few islands, each with its own attractions and activities. The islands are all connected by walking bridges. Some attractions include:
beaches,
restaurants,
lookout points,
renting bicycles, canoes, or kayaks
a petting zoo,
Centreville Amusement Park
