From Soca whines to Afrobeats dances, let the music be your guide as we create memories on the dance floor that will last a lifetime. Feel free to represent your roots by bringing a flag from the country that holds a special place in your heart. Whether it's the vibrant colours of the Caribbean or the bold patterns of Africa, let your flag fly high and become a part of our united celebration. The dance floor is a canvas, and together, we'll paint a picture of diversity and unity 🌍
Here’s what you need to know about SCSA x SBSA x SNSA Presents: Soca-Dancehall vs Afrobeats Bash:
This event is taking place on December 8, 2023, in The Marquee at TRC, from 9:00 PM to 2:00 AM.
If you wish to consume alcohol, you must be 19+ and bring ID. Please have a valid government-issued ID ready for verification at the entrance. No ID, no entry. 🪪
Help us maintain a clean and safe environment. Use designated areas for smoking, dispose of trash properly, and be mindful of the venue's property. 🚮
There will be a cash bar. Please consume responsibly. If you choose to drink, know your limits. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
Cash food purchases with 2 cooks. Limited menu, casual food available.
For the safety of all attendees, there will be a security check at the entrance. Any items that could potentially pose a threat to others or disrupt the event will not be allowed.
No Outside Food or Drinks are permitted. 🚫
Respectful Dancing: Enjoy the dance floor, but please be mindful of others. Inappropriate or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Photography and Videography—Feel free to capture the memories! However, be considerate of others’ privacy. No professional photography or videography equipment is allowed without prior authorization. 🤳🏽
Be respectful of the diverse cultures celebrated at this event. Any individual deemed to be acting in a manner inconsistent with cultural respect will be removed from the event.
Follow Instructions: Please follow any instructions given by event staff, security, or organizers for the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
