Polar Plunge

Take the plunge, Sheridan!

It’s our 4th Annual Polar Plunge! We're bringing the Sheridan community together and making a difference to by partnering with LETR to support a meaningful initiative through Special Olympics Ontario (SOO).

What’s Special Olympics Ontario?

"Over the past 50 years, Special Olympics has grown from a modest program serving local athletes to become the world’s largest movement dedicated to promoting respect, acceptance, inclusion, and human dignity for people with intellectual disabilities through sports."

What's Polar Plunge?

Polar Plunge is an exciting one-day event where Sheridan students, staff, faculty and community members raise money and get the chance to jump in a mighty cold pool of icy water to support athletes with Special Olympics Ontario. 100% of the funds collected will directly benefit the 26,000+ Special Olympics Athletes all across Ontario
