Battle of the Bands Setlist

  • Headliner
Based out of Oakville, Ontario, Jump Moon is a four-man Canadian alternative rock band that dumps their rock and roll, pop-punk, and alternative roots into a blender in order to create catchy aggressive melodies and lyrics that tell stories about personal apocalypses, heartbreak, and about how sometimes, in order to survive, you must escape your own reality. In the past, they have had the opportunity to share the stage with successful artists such as Seaway, Calling All Captains, Closer to Zero, to name a few. Furthermore, they have been given the chance to showcase their music in iconic live venues in Toronto such as Smiling Buddha and Adelaide Hall (Radio). After a 3-year hiatus from the Toronto live music scene, Jump Moon has polished their new live set for their latest album "Television Walls", and are ready to showcase this new-rock era the band has created for listeners and fans.

  • Milhowse is a pop punk/emo band formed in Kitchener in 2017 by Ian Willcock and Tobias Salter in a church basement. They make angsty, heartfelt, relatable songs inspired by blink-182, Modern Baseball, Green Day, and Sum 41. After a revolving door of drummers, they finally settled on Dan Queiroz De Souza (or DQ for short). They currently have 2 EPs and a handful of singles out on all streaming services.

  • Cranberry Gingerale is an American rock band formed in Los Angeles, California, in 1992. Since 2001, the band has consisted of Thales Nagato (vocals, guitar, keyboards), Richard Williams (drums, backing vocals), Percy Kaye (bass guitar, keyboards, backing vocals), and Conan Mighton (guitar, keyboards, backing vocals).

  • Belleville Tweed is a band that pours their heart and soul into their music, expressing raw emotions that listeners can relate to. Formed in 2021 by Victoria Regier and Sarah Chambers, their music is a mix of catchy melodies and energetic riffs that are angry and moody. Influenced by popular artists like Linkin Park, Silversun Pickups, and My Chemical Romance, Belleville Tweed blends rock, pop, punk, and alternative genres to create a unique sound that appeals to a wide audience. The band is currently working on their debut EP, which they hope to release soon.

  • Formed in September 2021, our laid-back approach to the Alt Rock has garnered us a reputation of having some of the most immaculate vibes during our live performances. Taking influences from The Strokes, The Black Keys, Jack White, and Mac Demarco, has helped to sculpt our sound into one filled with unique moments of rawness, tension, and excitement. There is surely something for everyone at a Pot Is Drugs show! Just remember the grass is green, the sky is blue, Pot Is Drugs!
