May 2023: Sheridan Student Union Recap

May started off strong and our SSU student leaders jumped right in to help start your Spring/Summer term off right. We hosted our first Staff Retreat at Olympia Sports Camp in Huntsville, Ontario and were excited to bring our SSU student leaders along! We spent some time brainstorming how each department can improve your Sheridan Life and make some lasting memories too! After the retreat, your Vice Presidents travelled across Canada to attend conferences to discuss important student concerns like mental health and student advocacy to better serve your needs on campus.

Sheridan Student Union is proud to share company-wide wins over the last month and recognize the talented and hardworking student leaders who make the SSU team all that it is. Take a look at our the SSU Student Leaders (you may recognize some familiar faces in different leadership positions) and find out what the Sheridan Student Union has been up to this month.
