"The strike has had an extremely negative effect on my mental health. The time out of class has caused my anxiety and depression to come out in a way it hasn't in a long time due to the uncertainty in the situations going on. 

The money spent on this year is alone also very upsetting to think about as there has been no talk about reimbursement; I have paid for my first year entirely out of pocket, I worked my butt off for this and haven't been in class for almost 4 weeks. 

Im honestly scared to know the outcome of this strike as I don't think I'm prepared mentally or financially to lose a semester due to this. "
