“It was a beautiful day downtown Oakville, where I went on a walk alone to have a “mental health first” day. During this day, I was having a really rough time, but I made myself enjoy the beautiful day anyways. I walked around and enjoyed the sun on my face. During my walk I came across this man, and he looked so peaceful while he enjoyed the view.”
