Shape your student centres!

At Sheridan Student Union, it's our goal to enhance the student experience for all students at Sheridan college. One way we aim to accomplish this is by creating dedicated student space for you to meet, study, connect and thrive at all three campuses.

With that in mind, Sheridan Student Union is planning some big changes and improvements to your Student Centre facilities at the Davis and Trafalgar campuses and we want YOU to be a part of these changes!

Between March 7 - April 2, you will have your chance to do just that! We're looking for your valuable input to inform the conversation about the nature of improvements to the Davis and Trafalgar SSU spaces so we can best meet the needs of current and future Sheridan students.

Following the response to this survey, we will have a better understanding about what kinds of spaces and guiding principles can be used to inform the basics of our new spaces. From moveable furniture, accessibility to outdoor and indoor spaces, greenery, flexible open spaces, this survey wants to understand the basic needs of students from each campus. Survey #2 will focus on conceptual design options for the Davis and Trafalgar spaces. Stay tuned for the next survey at a later date.

Students who complete the Student Centre Survey, and provide their feedback before March 28 will be automatically entered into a draw to win one of three #SherTheLove: Health and Wellness prize packages:

Winners will be contacted by the SSU through the email address that they use for the survey.

In a few months, we'll report back on what we heard and provide another opportunity for further input from the community!

For now, take a look at the impact students just like you have had an impact on campus and helped us build a brand new student centre at Sheridan's Mississauga's campus. This new five-storey building is a partnership between the SSU, Sheridan College, and Sheridan Bruins. This features athletic facilities, student lounges, food outlets, gaming areas, dedicated rooms for groups and clubs, Student Union space and so much more.
