"I’m paying for school myself, so it hits hard knowing it’s my own money going to waste. I’m in the Technical Production Program, which is close to the Musical Theatre Program, and Theatre Sheridan is a big deal. They say “the show must go on” but when you can’t get into the shops to build or paint or sew anything for the show it makes it harder to believe that the show actually will go on. Being at Sheridan is the first time I feel like I am really passionate about what I’m doing and it feels like it’s all just being taken away from me."
