"The strike has affected me a lot in terms of how confident I felt about going off to college this year. I was really considering taking a gap year to work and if we’re losing all this time, I kind of wish I did. It’s also put a lot of undue pressure on me because I’m the kind of person who needs deadlines. Without a strike date in sight, it’s been really hard to stay motivated to stay on track.
